The Kgalagadi stretches across South Africa and Botswana and is known for its red sand dunes, vast desert landscapes, and iconic black maned lions. It was one of the first official transfrontier parks in Africa, and managed together by South Africa and Botswana. This vast wilderness area covers more than 3.6 million hectares!
Front and centre in Roam's Kgalagadi poster are two of the areas famous black maned lions. Acacia trees dot the landscape, while the sky shifts to dusk with the first glimpse of the rising moon.
